Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how FOP Chekhov Viacheslav Oleksandrovych (Ukraine) (“GetMe”, “we”, “us”) processes data when you use the GetMe integrations and services — including CRM integrations, API integrations, automation services, payment integrations, widgets and related SaaS services (collectively, the “Services”). By installing or using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
Information we collect
- Account and connection data: CRM account identifiers (such as subdomain and account ID), authorization tokens (OAuth access/refresh), and connection metadata required to operate an integration.
- Configuration data: integration settings you provide, mappings, rules and preferences. Secrets and credentials are stored in encrypted form.
- Operational data: data passed through the Services to perform their functions (for example records, fields, statuses, amounts or automation events).
- Technical data: log entries, IP address, timestamps and diagnostic information used for reliability, security and troubleshooting.
We do not store full payment card data. Payment card processing is performed by the relevant payment provider.
Purpose of processing
- to provide and operate the Services (connecting, synchronizing, automating);
- to provide support and to diagnose and fix issues;
- to ensure security and prevent abuse;
- to comply with applicable legal obligations.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on our servers and on trusted infrastructure providers. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law. When you uninstall an integration or request deletion, the associated data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
Cookies
Our public website may use strictly necessary cookies required for basic operation and security. We do not use cookies for advertising. Where optional cookies are used, they are subject to applicable consent requirements.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the Services. Analytics data is used in aggregated or pseudonymized form and is not used to identify individuals.
CRM, API and automation services
The Services connect to your CRM and to third-party APIs to read and write the data necessary for the configured integration, and to run automations on your behalf. We process this data only to deliver the functionality you enable and within the scope you authorize.
Payment integrations
Where a payment integration is used, payment transactions are processed by the connected payment provider. We process related metadata (such as amounts, statuses and references) to reflect payment results in your CRM, but we do not store full card details.
Third-party providers
Depending on the integration you use, data may be shared with the connected CRM, API and payment providers, infrastructure and communication providers (for example messaging and notification services), strictly to the extent required to provide the Services.
Security measures
We apply encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption of secrets at rest, access controls, and logging of critical operations. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect data using industry-standard safeguards.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. You can uninstall an integration at any time, which stops further processing.

To request deletion of your account data, contact us using the details below. We will verify the request and process it within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
