Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GetMe integrations and services provided by FOP Chekhov Viacheslav Oleksandrovych (Ukraine) (“GetMe”, “we”, “us”). The Services include CRM integrations, API integrations, automation services, payment integrations, widgets and related SaaS services (the “Services”). By installing or using the Services, you accept these Terms.

Service description

GetMe provides integration and automation tools that connect customer CRMs with third-party systems and APIs, synchronize data, automate workflows, and (where applicable) enable payment-related features. The Services are provided by an independent developer and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the connected platforms.

Subscriptions

Access to paid features may be provided on a subscription basis. Subscription scope, duration and renewal terms are described on the applicable marketplace listing or within the product interface. Free, trial or lifetime access modes may be offered depending on the product.

Billing

Fees, currencies and billing periods are shown at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, paid access remains active for the purchased period. If a subscription is not paid, access to paid features may be limited while the interface remains available.

Payment processing

Where the Services facilitate payments, transactions are processed by the connected third-party payment provider under its own terms. GetMe does not store full payment card data. Provider fees may apply and are non-refundable.

CRM, API and automation services

You authorize GetMe to access the connected CRM and third-party APIs to the extent necessary to operate the integration you enable and to perform automations on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to connect those systems and data.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability may depend on third-party platforms (CRMs, APIs, payment and infrastructure providers) that are outside our control.

Support obligations

We provide support during business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00, Europe/Kyiv) via the contacts listed below and aim to resolve issues within a reasonable time.

User responsibilities

Limitations of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetMe is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the Services or from the operation of third-party systems.

Account termination

You may stop using and uninstall the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of a breach of these Terms, legal requirements, marketplace rules, or risk to the security or integrity of the Services.

Intellectual property

All rights, title and interest in the Services, including software, content and trademarks, remain with GetMe or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights; you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services.

Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably first. Please contact GetMe Support with the details of your concern so we can address it promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it is subject to the applicable law and jurisdiction below.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
